With the rising cost of living and uncertainty about energy bills this winter, it’s understandable that many of our members are feeling anxious.
For many people living with IBS, feelings of stress and anxiety trigger or exacerbate their condition, leading to painful flare ups.
We wanted to reassure you that we are here to help and assist you whatever this autumn/winter brings.
We have a full programme of support including our self-care programme, telephone helpline and Ask the Experts online service. If you are struggling with IBS stress and anxiety, we have information and resources to help you develop strategies to successfully manage your feelings.
You are not alone. We are here.
We will continue to run our monthly member Q&A on Zoom and are busy organising webinars for the winter months to help you better manage your condition during this uncertain time.
As a national charity, we deliberately keep the cost of membership very low. In fact, we haven’t increased our membership for almost a decade. It’s still just £24 a year. And you also have the option to pay monthly by direct debit at £2 a month.
Our shop is well stocked with IBS supplies to help you and we always keep costs as low as possible.
In addition, we also have lots of FREE information to help you effectively manage your IBS.
We know that times are hard right now. But we are working hard to support everyone in our community.
